We have an old install and before going to 5.x, we wanted to do the simpler step of getting to most up-to-date 4.x
Link to 4.14 gives an 403 error:

Figured out that the links are just wrong. The old ones are missing "-linux"
should be:
https://www.atlassian.com/software/stash/downloads/binary/atlassian-bitbucket-4.14.12-linux-x64.bin
