When reviewing a large pull request you cannot mark renamed/moved files as viewed

When reviewing a large pull request you cannot mark renamed/moved files as viewed, you mark them and move to the next file and they remain unmarked as viewed, if you want to use the count xx/200 files pending it's not going to work.
