Hi,
I created a link to a page for people to see. I made the restrictions so that everyone can see it but not everyone can edit. When I send the link to everyone, nobody can still see the pages. I have links on the page that direct to other pages that might be restricted. However, nobody can see the main page that i gave everyone access to.
Hi @AQ, there are a few possible reasons for that. One of the most common scenarios is when you've got a view restriction set for the parent pages as well. Have you had a chance to check that?
Cheers,
IL.
Hello,
Thank you. The parent page currently allows only me and one other to edit, but I've allowed anyone to be able to view the page. When I send out this parent page link to everyone, nobody can view it except for the global administrator, myself, and the other individual who I granted editing access. Please note that I am actually not a global administrator though.

Hi @AQ, in this case, if there is no view restriction on a page higher up the page hierarchy, you should check that the people you've listed as viewers have the View space permission for your space. If you're not the Space admin, you can ask your Space admin or your Confluence admin to verify that for you.
Also, have a look at the following links to learn more about the permissions as well as the related contents (bottom right of the pages)
I hope that helps,
IL.
