incorrect recording of user activities

Hello,
I've been observing misconduct in Confluence for a few days now. Records of user activity that users have not made are made. Log Analyzer showed me 2 error messages:

1. Getting Duplicate Attachment Errors: "findSingleObject Uh oh - found more than one object when single object requested" in the logs
2. Getting a lot of HeartbeatAction errors in the logs

I read both of this Error-Articles, but i can't fix it. It is to much manual work to do an i have to do it each time. 

It is somehow related to the PlantUML macro we use. This PlantUML macro was used 2 days ago to draw large diagrams and the error has occurred since then.
It is always displayed that one or another user has attached the attachments to this PlantUML, even though he / she was not even active in Confluence.

I think you will need to talk to the people who are triggering these messages. 

The software is not really a problem, but is telling you that there is a problem with your people that it cannot handle.  Why is this app telling them that they are breaking each others work?

Hi, thank you for your answer.

I've switched all PlantUML diagramms from svg to png and the error has not occurred since.

But i still don't know how it connects (svg or png) to the error i've got. Do you have any idea?
