Following the announcement of the withdrawal of support and the blocking of new applications written using Connect, my question is... Does Atlassian plan to phase out the entire Connect platform, making it impossible to create local applications for internal functions?
Currently, our company is considering the possibilities of Forge vs. Connect.
Hey @Michał Wieczorek - we have announced EOL dates for Connect, so if you're looking at building a new app, I'd recommend you use Forge.
If you've already developed some apps in house on connect, or you have questions about specific connect features that were driving your decision towards connect then you might be interested in attending our upcoming virtual Dev Den Connect End of Support: What it Means for Non-Marketplace Apps on 17th September.
And of course, if you're after Forge learning resources I'd be happy to answer your questions about what's available.

Really? A framework for which no major development has happened in years, and is in the process of being permanently deprecated with all support ending.... and it's being 'considered'?
IMHO, you may have deeper problems at your company @Michał Wieczorek
