How to use dependent properties, filters in jira reports?

I need to write a new report for jira. It shoud show information about issues by epic.

I added 2 properties to atlassian-plugin.xml. One of simple "select" type to select project, another - "cascadingselect" to select epic of selected project. But second one don't render, only label.

I don't want to buy any plugins, mb anyone know how to make it work?

Another question is how to use filters on the report page and how to apply them?
