Org Admin cannot install app (only request)

I have seen the old threads regarding this issue, and none of the proffered solutions seem to work for me.

I am an Org admin and attempting to install the Atlassian GitHub app into my Jira Cloud (Free) application. My only option, however, is to request the app. I can see the requests and whether I open the app directly from the request or search for it in the app marketplace -- my only option is to request (well, now I see "app was requested").

Are you working with the Original Billing Administration experience or the Improved Billing Experience?

If the original, are you a member of the site-admins group for the site?

If the improved, do you have the billing admin role?

I found another post where a person indicated they were having trouble and it turned out to be a caching issue. So, have you tried using a private browser window, like Chrome Incognito?

Thanks for the reply!

I am using the Improved Billing Experience (we just created the instance this past weekend), and I am a billing admin.

I did try in incognito mode and was able to see it -- so strange, but it's fixed. Thank you again!
