How to install Skyvia Free Plugin on cloud instance of JIRA

Hi,

Skyvia is a free plugin available on cloud instance of JIRA , can anyone please tell me how to install skyvia plugins for backup and integration both on my JIRA instance?

The install instructions take you to Skyvia's site - it appears there is no install, you have to sign up for Skyvia and configure it there.

Is it safe to login via official Id ? and does it helps me in automate daily extract of all tickets/Issues in JIRA to some FTP  location for reporting purpose?
