Same ID for popup for two issue collector

Hello, I am trying to embed to issue collectors, i.e 

1. Feedback collector

2. Raise an issue collector

When I am embedded a script to the application I see that for both the issue collectors have the same 'ID' for the popup and it’s not acceptable to have the same id. 

So, can you please guide me and let me know how can I have the unique id for the popup for both issue collectors?

You can only have one issue collector per project.  If you would like to have more than one issue type in an issue collector on a project you need to allow the user to select the issue type.  https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/use-the-issue-collector/
