1. Does the following T&C applied to SourceTree
2. Does SourceTree send my data and code to any third-party/Atlassian or is it only kept locally on my device

Hi @Aviran Aviv and welcome,

SourceTree is a local client that interact just with the linked git repos. So there are not data/code send  to Atlassian or third part apps.

The only data sent to Atlassian is about data usage. You can disable it just clicking  on "Options > Help improve Sourcetree by sending anonymous data about your usage" and disable it.
