Hi everyone,
I accidentally deleted a shared board that I was collaborating on with another user. I thought I was only removing it from my own view, but it turns out the entire board and its contents are now gone. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize that I, as an admin, had the ability to permanently delete it for both of us.
The board contained important project material, and I would really appreciate any help in recovering it, or at least understanding whether recovery is still possible.
Board name: RedCube HR
My role: Admin
Date of deletion: 5.5.25
Is there any way to restore this board from Trello’s end?
If someone from Atlassian sees this – please let me know if a recovery request can be escalated.
Thank you in advance – any guidance or help is appreciated.
Best,
Ja
Hi Ja,
Sorry to hear that you're experiencing these issues! I have asked someone at Atlassian Support to see if they can help you out. But in some cases, deleting really is permanent. Let's hope they can still help in some way!
Best regards,
Hans

Hi @Jandalf Gutrecht !
I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news here, but to confirm what @Hans Polder _Devoteam_ mentioned, deleting a board is permanent; there is no recovery process for these.
Sometimes, a board was merely closed down instead of deleted, but I confirmed the board you mentioned in your post was fully deleted.
At this point, if you need key pieces of information, you could check any email notifications you received regarding this board and changes to card you were watching, but there is no way to undelete the board.
Let me know if you have other questions!

All right, thanks for helping me out so fast.
Yeah thats really unfortunate. Yeah i will check my emails, thats all that is left i guess.
Thanks for the support
