Issue Hierarchy in Advance roadmaps

Hi Team,

I"m running on a data center version 9.12 of Jira, and i"m using advance roadmaps to plan my work and i have 4 issue types when i start the plan and configured it is not showing the issues in hierarchy as it supposed to be , i configured the issue hierarchy in the add on configuration, and I'm not able to configure the views on the plan as i want. Here the first screen shot is what i"m expected to show the hierarchy , and secound screen shot is the view i have in the advanced roadmaps
