I have a user that is using the Advanced Roadmaps in Jira, and they have a lot of Epics that are not showing up in their Roadmap as having Parents.
Just wondering if someone knows how to get Roadmaps to show this.
Also, I may not be able to give too much information as the data that is being worked on is sensitive.
I had that same problem until I created a filter with the parent issues in it and then included that filter as one of the Issue sources.
I have checked and the user has access to the Roadmap to modify it.
Can you advise what I should use as the filters please?

We have Epics and they have the links to the parents in them, but they aren't sitting under the Feature in the Roadmap.
