Any recommendations on ensuring what is delivered to customers (in our case, software delivered to internal operational resources), gain awareness, on new capabilities, and drive adoption? Thanks

Hi Chad,
From a Jira perspective, creating dashboards and reports that are accessible to your internal customers can help give them a sense of not just what is included in the current release, but also metrics around lead time, throughput etc. to give them a sense of when to expect their requests to be actioned.
From an agile perspective, consider establishing a showcase forum that includes an open discussion from your team on the latest changes and advancements, and invite your stakeholders and customers as well. This can also help drive critical feedback from your customers prior to release, ensuring you're constantly maximising your value adds.
In a similar vein, retrospectives can also be utilised to help gather feedback around the strengths and challenges of your delivery and engagement patterns. Again, inviting people beyond your own team can help build trusted relationships, and ensure they're along for the journey.
Hope that helps!
Brad
I think version releases are a great way to indicate that new capabilities have come and these can be documented on confluence page highlighting the new changes and how to instructions. Operations can be set as watchers on these pages.
