How could track the assignees actively update and pulling the tickets by using Gadget?

Is there any tool or gadget to demonstrate the assignees pulling their own tickets?

intention is to use this gadget or tool to set as a KPI for the team members.

If you want to do KPI of Story Points per Developer per Time Period, then you can use JQL to see how many points are resolved by an issue Assignee within a specific period (e.g. date range or sprint).
