We have now replaced the old accordion layout with a simple, user-friendly, and super cool tabular layout for profile attributes. It is now very easy to manage attributes with this updated interface. Here's what’s new:

• Pagination for more efficient navigation
• Adjustable column widths to fit your screen
• Smart filters for faster data access
• Streamlined pop-ups for easy attribute addition and editing

You can now manage what is important in an organised and efficient manner without having to scroll endlessly.

⏱️ Consolidated KR Punch-In Page - Your Time-Saver is Here!

Punching in updates for multiple Key Results (KRs) used to be a tedious task. But not anymore! We have introduced a dedicated punch-in page that allows you to update all of your KRs at once. This means: 

• No longer switching between KRs.
• No more clicking through the endless updates.
• A simpler and smoother workflow for performance updates.

This feature makes tracking your progress easy, no matter how many OKRs you are managing.

✍️ Autocomplete for Forms – Skip HR Remarks If Pending!

Waiting for HR to finish their remarks? That delay is now history!

The new Auto-complete Forms feature for self and manager review templates submits the form if HR comments are not added within 5 days or by the due date. Here's how it works:

• Forms autocomplete like manual submissions.
• Email notifications are activated for transparency.

Note: This feature is disabled if the HR remarks section includes mandatory questions. This automation keeps reviews on track without sacrificing compliance.
