Do Answers to Questions show up in Confluence search results?

We are testing out Confluence Questions, and we like it, but we're noticing that proposed answers to questions do not show up in confluence search results. If proposed answers can't show up in the search results that's most likely a deal-breaker for us at this point.

Currently it's only searching question content (not answer content) but we have this on the backlog to fix (see CQ-30)
