How to edit time tracking settings for one project in jira using script through behaviour

We are using jira 7.2.7 version software and one of my user wants for his project time tracking settings default as hours instead of minutes 

 

So kindly request you to share the script to edit the behaviour of time tracking for particular project in jira using Adaptavist script runner

 

please suggest/share  the  script for time tracking field
