I am not sure but I think this might be useful. Go to Apps<Script Runner for Jira and then click on Audit logs.
Jira 8.8 and later: Audit logs are stored in the AO_C77861_AUDIT_ENTITY
table.
Prior to Jira 8.8: Audit logs are stored in the audit_log
table
