Essentially the query is about effectiveness. Is there any way to know how many times someone has clicked on the question? Very few people will bother to click the up arrow to indicate "this worked for me". Most of the time they would type in the search, see the question, click it and read the answer then go away. This leaves us with no indicators of if the system is being up-taken across the company and what questions might benefit from attention due to their 'read frequency'. Optimal would be indicators of if they clicked on a question then typed in another search to another question, this would indicate the first one was a "miss" and maybe we should track which questions were misses so we could adjust them. This could even give us a hint about the types of questions people are searching for that don't have good answers yet at all.
Any advice here?
Thanks!

My company has been using Google Analytics for this but having view metrics integrated into CQ would be ideal.
