EazyBI reports and dashboards by mistake has been deleted

Dear support.

Need your urgent help! By mistake EazyBI reports has been deleted. any way that we can recover the deleted reports. we are using JSM - Data Center.

Hi @Noora Salman 

There are two options how you can restore the deleted reports in eazyBI for Jira Data Center.

1) If you have set up a backup process for the eazyBI database, you can restore the DB to an earlier version

2) If you have eazyBI for Jira DC version 7.1. or newer, then the audit log storage was already happening in your eazyBI instance. We just released version 7.2., which allows you to view the audit logs and restore any deleted reports from the past 30 days.
