Jira w/XRay: Get variety of collections to later use as filter in advanced JQL

I'm trying to develop a set of JQL filters JQLs that can be later used in a more complex JQL to exclude a set of records based on another set of records.

First, I need to develop a few filters that return a collection of:

1. MOST IMPORTANT: Sub Test Executions that contain a failed Test Run
2. Sub Test Executions that have a "Testing discovered" link
3. Sub Test Executions that have NO links
4. Stories/Bugs/Tasks that have a "Discovered while testing" link from a "Sub Test Execution"
