×I am encountering an issue when trying to submit a worklog using Tempo in Jira. An error message saying "Error! Something went wrong" appears.
The problem occurs under the following conditions:
In Tempo settings, after clicking on "Period Configuration", the page gets stuck on the loading screen, and the "Period Management" page remains empty.
When I click on "Period Configuration" again, I get the following error message:

Any guidance or solutions would be greatly appreciated.
I use other Jira and other tempo database for insert AO_86ED1B_PERIOD_CONFIG to my empty table and uninstall all tempo plugins (worklog, capacity, folio, structure and gantt) and reinstall all plugins and my problem is solved.

Since this is server and long past the end of service date, I suggest you contact the vendor directly to see if they are still providing support.

Thank you for your response. However, I am actually using the Data Center version of Jira, not the server version.
