Zephyr Squad unable to open

I have downloaded zephyr squad trail version and installed on Jira DC version : 9.12.8 and when i try to enable the zephyr squad its throwing an error (This app failed to enable).

(We are unable to generate an trial license for Zephyr Squad - Test Management for Jira Data Center. You have reached the maximum number of Zephyr Squad - Test Management for Jira Data Center trial licenses.)

Hi @Syed Mubarak , welcome to the Atlassian Community and thanks for your question.

There is typically a limit to the number of free trials you can install for a marketplace app before you need to purchase it.

If you think you still have another trial, please contact the vendor, who should be able to help you -https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1211769/xray-test-management-for-jira?tab=support&hosting=datacenter

You can ask the previous system admin if they already used the free trial. I encountered the same issue when a colleague had already installed the free trial in the past, it is good to have a page in Confluence dedicated to previously installed plugins. In such cases, I tested the functionality on another test instance and purchased the paid version for the main instance.
