error installing Confluence Team Calendars

I downloading the plugin file directly from Marketplace and upload it into Confluence, but after installing i get this error:

An error occurred while installing the add-on. Refer to the logs for more information.

Who can help me?

JIRA Log Location

The logs are written to the log subdirectory of your JIRA Home Directory (or elsewhere if you have configured a different location). You can view the location of the atlassian-jira.log in the 'File Paths' section of the System Information page.
