Hi,

I have Devinti bundled field (field_123) of type select list - Yes, No.

I am trying to get the Option ID of the above via script console. Is it possible to get it without creating an issue as mentioned in Java API (ScriptRunner) - Extension for Jira Service Management (deviniti.com) (Example of retrieving values from selected options, using select and checkbox subfields ).

I do not want to create an issue, just want to get the option ID for the bundled field ((field_123)).

Is there a way?

Thank you

Hi @Harsh

I am from Extension team. It is hard to answer without  knowing the use case but in general you don't have to create an issue. You could for example hardcode issue key in your script and get the option ID this way :)

Hi @Aleksandra Cieslak

But if there is no issue with the value then how can we hardcode.

This is a newly add subfield and there is no issue with this value.

Thanks
