Hi Everyone,
We are using 'Time tracking' in JIRA tickets to log time spent by developers for billable work. We have been using the free trial of the 'Activity Timeline' Add-on to sum the hours spent per person each month.
We have found that with APP extensions in JIRA we have to pay per active user not per person who actually needs the APP installed, so with a database of 200+ users in JIRA each APP extension becomes expensive at over $450 per month to track timesheets. Does anyone have a better more cost-effective way to manage this process in JIRA?
We love automating it in the JIRA ticket but will have to find another way if $450 per month to sum it per user is our only option.
Thanks in advance
