Ok, so we've played with Data Manager and have got some bad data

These data outputs as (NotMapped).

How can we clear up the (NotMapped) data?

Currently the option to delete data sources doesn't workGreenshot 2024-11-20 17.37.34.png

Hi @Daniel Cotter "Not Mapped" is not bad data, but rather an indication that the data source (DS) doesn't have this information mapped.

That is; If DS1 does not have the field Manufacturer mapped, then you will see "Not Mapped" in the Analysis screen.  If that information is available in DS1, then you can map it to the appropriate DM attribute.  InTune as an example does have manufacturer so you could map it.

If you have two data sources loaded, say DS1 has manufacturer and the other (DS2) does not.  If a device is only received from DS2, then this will say Not Mapped in the analysis screen.

Regards,
Karyn

Thanks Karyn, ulitamatley, we don't want to add data that says not mapped into AM. So we are manually clearing these fields in excel.
