Intune/Entra software assets

Has anyone had any luck with getting their discovered apps into DM? Using Intune/Entra. Each device in Intune has it's own discovered apps, if we could leverage that data, would be excellent.

We're nearly there with Hardware imports although will need to focus here next.

Hi,

we are having the same question as Daniel Cotter. We want to import discovered apps from into per Device as intune has all the data available. 

The intune import with Jira Data Manager seems limited to the data available to the device overview intune provides and does not allow for a deep dive into e.g. discovered apps. Also the Jira Data Manager is far from automating the process... we followed the instructions and still need to export an csv file from the Analysis tab to later upload given .csv file. This feels like going in circles as i am able to export a csv file from intune with all the application data per device (which i still need to import later).

Is there something planned to 

a. automate the process and cut the steps needed to get data into Assets over Intune?

b. Add more information like Discovered Apps into the scanned data?

Otherwise its only a complicated inventory of hardware, which is already taken place when we buy new hardware-Assets.

TBH Not sure if it was for SAM or HAM.  I didn't have visibility over their use case.
