I'm a customer to report our feedback using Halp via Microsoft Teams. But I have a trouble about Chat accessing to see the ticket detail and follow up the information, it shows "We're having trouble loading your messages. Try refreshing.".
I cannot figure it out, any idea to solve this issue?
It's possible that the Assist app was blocked from the MS Teams configuration. You need to reach out to your admin to unblock it to get the configuration back again.
