couldn't able to add queue in halp for teams

while i am trying to configure the TEAMS app by adding queue in HALP it is not allowing me to do so...
below is the error am getting while configuring it.
NOTE- already i configured a channel from slack in halp

ERROR-
"We could not authenticate this integration for the site you selected.

That site is already connected to another Halp instance. You’ll need to disconnect from that instance before you authenticate here".

Unfortunately only Slack or Teams can be connected to a JSM site, not both.
