Atlassian Assist posts messages in Jira with "On behalf of userr_name" from Slack threaded responses. How do I switch this to just post the requester information, not Atlassian Assist's "On behalf of" qualifier?
Assist uses email matching between the Slack user and the Jira user to find the user to act on behalf of when posting comments. If the user is posting an agent response in Slack, also verify they're an agent in JSM.
This only works for JSM Cloud, and not Data Center due to API compatibility.
