I recommend Jira integration tools to sync issues and sprints with other issue tracking/ticketing systems. Specifically ServiceNow, AzureDevOps, Github and Zendesk.

I am aware of the different types of integrations and might recommend Exalate when the use case fits with a de-centralized synchronization
