Hey Folks
Context :The Atlassian intelligence team is building a collaborator graph to improve our products.
Ask: The team wants quick input into how you interact with your top collaborators - eg messaging on slack or meetings on zoom, Assigning Jira tickets or Creating pages on Confluence etc. We would love to learn more about the top ways in which you interact with your teams! Any insights here would by very helpful in getting the right signals!
Slack messages, daily standups, and ad-hoc Zoom meetings are definitely the top ways my team collaborates. I'm also starting to use Loom more often to share quick videos for async collaboration. For my developers, I also use Dashcam frequently to share relevant info regarding bugs I see during testing or as reported by customers.
Our team uses Jira Software, but most assigning comes at the beginning of the sprint or during 1:1s with the engineering manager. If I assign a ticket mid-sprint, it's always accompanied by a Slack message to explain why and ensure the developers know its priority.
Hi,
We interact with our team in a few different ways. We use Slack for quick updates and discussions, Zoom for more in-depth meetings, Jira for assigning and managing tasks, and Confluence for creating and sharing documentation. These tools really help us stay connected and productive.
Hope this helps!
