we looked at the AI engine in confluence and jira.  it learns from our markup articles, but it does not learn from uploaded / attached word documents or pdf documents, even though it is really easy for the computer to parse these.
from our perspective we see the AI in confluence as pretty useless until it can read the attachments and use private gpt instead of the AI from atlassian
