Hello,
We've migrated from server to cloud, and we've customized a workflow by creating linked issues ' sub-tasks' in post functions with transitions by the JSU application, the problem is that when testing the workflow the sub-tasks doesn't get created with transitions, the same workflow with same post functions is working great in server with no issue, but in cloud not,
Does anyone faced the same issue, your feedback is highly appreciated :)
Hi @Rafik EL HOUARI ,
We have also raised a support ticket https://beecom-products.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/3/JSU-3523 in our support portal. However, we couldn't add you as a reporter. Please sign up using this link https://beecom-products.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/3/user/signup and share the user name/id. We'll then add you as the reporter and confirm.
Please provide us with the complete screenshot of the postfunction that fails along with the error you are seeing on the view screen when performing the transition as it will help to troubleshoot the issue further.
Regards,
Vijay Ramamurthy

Hi @Rafik EL HOUARI ,
last a 2 months made 3 migration to cloud for 3 customers, nope, we did not meet with JSU a huge problem. Unfortunately, I don't remember the problem around the next post-function,
I do recommend you raise a ticket to plugin vendor for double check
