Script Runner filter migration

Did anyone have trouble migrating filters from JIRA server to ScriptRunner Cloud enhanced search area? Adaptavist claims to convert these automatically through JMCA. Yet do not see any converted filters.

I can do this manually by copying and pasting the JQL I migrated to the cloud and paste it into the ScriptRunner enhanced search bar. There has to be a way to do this programmatically. I need a ScriptRunner runner. Any ideas?
