Afternoon,
We will be changing our Atlassian domain to a new name, so from xyz.atlassian.net to zyx.atlassian.net.
I need to know what will happen to the users that currently have accounts in the xyz domain.
We are currently using Atlassian SSO to make it easier to log in, so I'm thinking that we need to disassocite the old domain SSO, and then associate the new domain SSO to allow users to log in. Can someone confirm or correct me on this?
Thanks,
David K
Hi David,
Thanks for raising this question on Atlassian Community! Happy to help you.
You can change the Cloud site URL but if you will also be changing your SSO domain, I suggest raising a ticket with our Atlassian Guard team who will be able to assist you with this migration directly, so they can best advise you for your situation.
If you need my assistance in raising a ticket with them, please let me know!
Take care,
Shannon S | Atlassian Cloud Support
Hi @David Kernaghan , thanks for your post.
I am tagging the Atlassian support into this for you, seeing as no one has replied yet and I am also not sure.
They will reach out to you here directly.
Best wishes
