In my case, the feedback is collected with the Jira forms both software and service management forms. There is no real categorization of it from my side at least. Approvals are handled with JSM since it has the out-of-the-box feature of creating approvals based on a specific status which can be an individual person or more people.
I am not a digital marketer, but this is how I gather the data.
