Can I reuse deployment environments between plans?

I have several plans that will be deployed the same way. Is there a way to set this up only once, then have different deployment plans reuse the environments?

There is an open improvement regarding this issue urrently tracked at https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/BAM-13473 where users want us to implement the ability to clone deployment projects. Another request that will also help is the feature to clone tasks in deployment environments at https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/BAM-13269
