Can we use Bamboo without AWS?

Or company considers Bamboo. However, they found out that AWS is required which I do not really believe (I know it is required for Bamboo Elastic).

Is it possible to use Bamboo the same way we are used to use Jenkins without AWS?

You can use Bamboo Server without AWS. You can't use Bamboo Cloud without AWS now. There is feature request https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/BAM-11870 , you can watch it to be notified when Remote agents will be available in Cloud
