Hello,

Is it possible to create a linked repository using REST calls? If so could you point me in the right direction.

No, but Bamboo Command Line Interface (CLI) has support for this using the addRepository action. Examples for AddRepository Action has more details. Another reference is Plan Creation Scripting.
