Debugging system errors

I have logged into the aws instance hosting the bamboo remote agent. How do I replicate the errors I am seeing the bamoo website in such a way that I can debug them? Is this explained somewhere in the ondemand documentation?

In order to replicate the errors you see in Bamboo's build logs you'll want to run the build commands Bamboo is issuing when logged into the AWS instance. For example if you're building a Java program you'll want to run the Java compiler with the necessary arguments. To determine this you can look at the configuration of Bamboo's build plan which will show you the tasks needed to be run in order to complete the build.
