Getting Error When Scanning YAML Specs

Getting error:  "Bamboo Specs haven't been found in repository <repo name>."

Using Bamboo 8.2.2.  The YAML specs will scan properly on a different branch, but when I use our main/development branch, I get the error.  I have tried deleting the plan from Bamboo and trying to let the scan re-create the plan.  I have tried scanning from a different linked repo.
