How to enable 'Restricted Admin" permissions for on-premise Bamboo?

We have a couple of development Bamboo servers upgraded to 6.0.1 and noticed that one of them doesn't have the ability to assign the "Restricted Admin" in Global Permissions. It only has "Create Plan", "Admin", etc. How do we enable the "Restricted Admin" selection capability?

Navigate to:

• Menu 'Administration -> Overview'
  • Section 'Security'
    • Link 'Security settings'

Then check the 'Enable restricted administrator role' flag in section 'Global security and permission properties':
