Is it possible to use Bamboo auto-detect Branches feature but default it as disabled?

I have a user that wants to make his Bamboo Plan aware of newly created feature branches but he doesn't want them to auto-trigger to build..

Possible in Bamboo 5.10 - coming soon. It's not exactly creating them disabled, but you will be able to decide if you want the branches to have the same triggers as master branch or only be triggered manually:
