Artifact Download task not working | Unable to download Artifact

When I try to download artifact in Bamboo, It always shows an error "Unable to download artifact" I searched a lot regarding the issue but didn't find a working solution for the issue. Please find below a snippet of log:

 

16:33:09 Starting task 'Download the Artifactory' of type 'com.atlassian.bamboo.plugins.bamboo-artifact-downloader-plugin:artifactdownloadertask'
simple 06-Nov-2017 16:33:09 Preparing to download plan result AT-ATG1-12 artifact: Shared artifact: [Latest war], pattern: [*.war] anchored at: [webapp/target]
error 06-Nov-2017 16:33:09 Unable to download artifact Shared artifact: [Latest war], pattern: [*.war] anchored at: [webapp/target]

Can you check if the artifacts are created by your earlier tasks?

 

Share your tasks configurations (task that is creating artifact + download task) and the artifact definition.
