Bamboo Change localhost to external domain name

I am attempting to update the hostname my Bamboo instance is running on.  I have specified Bamboo's URL as described here:  https://confluence.atlassian.com/bamboo/specifying-bamboo-s-url-289277242.html.

I am still unable to access my instance at mydomain.com:8085 on the internal or external machine.  Only localhost access is available.

OS is Windows Server 2012

Add a DNS alias for the old name and try that. If that works you may have forgotten to change something.
