Just a heads up: On March 24, 2025, starting at 4:30pm CDT / 19:30 UTC, the site will be undergoing scheduled maintenance for a few hours. During this time, the site might be unavailable for a short while. Thanks for your patience.
×We just connected a bamboo instance with LDAP. Everything appears to be correct except the usernames are pulled over as all caps, and forces the user to use all caps when logging in.
This is different behavior then JIRA and Confluence which pull over the users in all caps as well, but allow case insensitivity for the username when logging in.
How do you update the username login to be case insensitive in bamboo 6.0?
Disregard, the "Enable captcha on signup" option was enabled in the security settings and I did not enter in the captcha and just assumed it was case sensitive.
