How to retrieve user permissions in specific project via API?

I need to determine whether the logged user has enough rights to create a new plan in specefic project before he tries.

I understand how to get explicit user and group permissions, but I need a resume for a particular logged user. Can I (current) create or not.

Global permissions for a user:

curl -u admin:admin http://bamboo:8085/rest/api/latest/permissions/global/users?name={name}

Global permissions for a group:

curl -u admin:admin http://bamboo:8085/rest/api/latest/permissions/global/groups?name={name}

Project level permissions

curl -u admin:admin http://bamboo:8085/rest/api/latest/permissions/project/{key}/users?name={name}
